Women Innovators, Social Leaders and Entrepreneurs (WISE) is an independent industry charter dedicated to holistically addressing corporate gender diversity in India. This is a community of institutions, individuals, corporates and service providers sharing dialogue, combining resourcesand co-creating solutions to advance female representation and empowerment in the workforce.

Vision for WISE
Our aim is to serve as the enabler for enterprises to successfully navigate the path towards gender parity, from the grassroots to the boardroom. Now that glass ceilings have been breached, WISE is committed to moving the conversation further onward and inspiring collective action against insidious biases that continue to prevent organizations from realizing the fullest benefits of a truly gender diverse workforce.

The certification program associated with WISE is designed to evaluate and award an enterprise a WISE rank based on the parameters carefully selected to resolve this gap.
